Abandon Theaters

I remember waiting hours outside of this theater waiting to see TMNT. It's been abandoned for several years.

So I contacted the owner's to see if we could lease it for a church plant. Answer - the roof is so damaged and the building is beyond repair.


This theater is right besides the Richland Mall. The only true mall in Richland County! It was a Dollar theater for years. I use to go here twice a month when I was in High School because it was the only thing I could afford.

Contacted the owners to possibly lease it. Answer - "It is over run with mold. It would cost more to clean it then it would to build a new one. We will most likely demolish the building."

Sad really. We live in such a disposable society.
